How to submit a manuscript?

Most papers are sent to two or three referees, but some are sent to more or, occasionally, just to one. Referees are chosen according to the following criteria:

  • The referee should be independent from the authors and their institutions.

  • Should have the ability to evaluate and analyze the technical aspects of the paper.

  • Must be available to assess the manuscript within the requested time.
